How we test trading bots before ranking them
Most bot reviews are rewritten feature pages. Ours start with a funded wallet and a trade that either fills or fails.
- A dedicated test wallet. It holds nothing else, so every fill, fee and failure belongs to the bot.
- Real money, real positions. Every bot trades our own funds, so fees, slippage and failed fills hit us before we rank anything.
- Weeks, not hours. A bot can look clean on trade one and break on trade ten, so we keep trading through changing markets before we rate it.
- Checked on-chain. What the bot reported against what the block explorer recorded. Any gap goes into the review.
